Tis the season to be jolly!

We are in the holiday spirit!

This past weekend I spent my holiday time working and then taking about 4 hours out to do some holiday shopping in the madness. That's right, I ventured out into that mad realm of buyers.

It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I've never been up early enough to do my holiday shopping before. I kind of liked it. Why you ask? Am I mad?? Well..I actually got up before the sun came out and as I drove home with my trunk full of goodies for my family and friends, I actually got to see the sun come up and it was so beautiful.

Sometimes we forget to take a moment out of our busy schedules to just stop and enjoy the moment. I did just that.

It got me thinking...with all the madness in this world, why can't we just take one day a week, one moment a day, to just stop and smell the roses, to look at our children and think to ourselves, this moment I will never forget?

So I have made a deal with myself. Once a day I am going to stop in the middle of whatever it is I am doing, take that moment, look around and take it all in.

Today I did that. I stopped in the iddle of fullfilling an order. I thought I cannot believe how much my business has grown since I first started it nearly 4 years ago.

It's almost like watching your children grow. It's starts off so smal, so delicate, completely relying on you.
